Hello club members

It’s been a long winter and now with Spring upon us, let’s get together for a Picnic
As in the past it’s by donations, which has really worked out well. Here are the dates May 17th Saturday and May 18th Sunday will be the rain date if necessary. Just need to know how many friends you are bringing and if you want to donate, put your name next to the item you want to buy. If you want to bring something special that is not on the list feel free to do so. Like maybe dessert etc. Remember to bring your own drinks.

I left a message on John phone to send out an email about the change to Sunday for the picnic. I’m sure John will be happy to to take care of that for us. Hope to see you all there. Thanks for everyone help.

I will take care of all of the hot dogs & hamburgers for the club picnic. Like last year, let's plan on touching base a couple of days prior to the picnic so we can finalize how many hot dogs and hamburgers will be needed.

I will have a total of 4 people attending the picnic which includes myself as well.

So far it'll just be me attending.
